瓦斯氣體由儲(chǔ)氣罐進(jìn)入煤層氣發(fā)電站預(yù)處理系統(tǒng),經(jīng)過過濾、除濕、增壓、降溫四大工序后送入發(fā)電機(jī)組進(jìn)氣管,再經(jīng)過瓦斯濾清器過濾,調(diào)壓閥調(diào)壓后與清潔空氣在混合器內(nèi)混合,之后進(jìn)入渦輪增壓器,再流入節(jié)氣閥。由于增壓后混合器溫度上升,經(jīng)過節(jié)氣閥的混合器先經(jīng)中冷器冷卻,再經(jīng)進(jìn)氣歧管進(jìn)入燃燒室做功,驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)電機(jī)發(fā)電。
Gas is stored in a gas tank and enters the pre-treatment system of a coalbed methane power station. After undergoing four major processes of filtration, dehumidification, pressurization, and cooling, it is sent to the intake pipe of the generator set. It is then filtered through a gas filter and regulated by a pressure regulating valve before being mixed with clean air in a mixer. It then enters the turbocharger and flows into the throttle valve. Due to the temperature rise of the mixer after turbocharging, the mixer passing through the throttle valve is first cooled by the intercooler, and then enters the combustion chamber through the intake manifold to do work and drive the generator to generate electricity.

Air source malfunction
(1)發(fā)電機(jī)組在啟動(dòng)前應(yīng)對(duì)燃?xì)獾臐舛?、壓力、濕度進(jìn)行檢查,基本要求為濃度≥30%,壓力為 10~35kPa,濕度≤80%,否則機(jī)組將無法啟動(dòng)。
(1) Before starting the generator set, the concentration, pressure, and humidity of the gas should be checked. The basic requirements are a concentration of ≥ 30%, a pressure of 10-35kPa, and a humidity of ≤ 80%. Otherwise, the unit will not be able to start.
(2)若啟動(dòng)機(jī)組未點(diǎn)火報(bào)出“超限盤車”故障,說明機(jī)組在啟動(dòng)過程中是由燃?xì)獾墓?yīng)量不足導(dǎo)致,首先應(yīng)檢查空燃比設(shè)定數(shù)值是否合理,其次應(yīng)注意在盤車時(shí)燃油壓力的數(shù)值是否有變化,若無則說明燃?xì)庠诠苈份斔偷倪^程中有中斷的地方,檢查進(jìn)氣手動(dòng)閥和燃?xì)怆姶砰y是否打開。
(2) If the starting unit fails to ignite and reports a "over limit turning" fault, it indicates that the unit was started due to insufficient gas supply. Firstly, check whether the air-fuel ratio setting value is reasonable. Secondly, pay attention to whether the fuel pressure value changes during turning. If not, it indicates that there is an interruption in the gas delivery process in the pipeline. Check whether the intake manual valve and gas solenoid valve are open.
(3)如果機(jī)組正常啟動(dòng)并網(wǎng)后功率不足或功率出現(xiàn)較大范圍波動(dòng),要確認(rèn)機(jī)組排氣溫度是否正常。
(3) If the power of the unit is insufficient or fluctuates significantly after normal start-up and grid connection, it is necessary to confirm whether the exhaust temperature of the unit is normal.
如果排氣溫度較高,則可能是空氣濾芯堵塞,混合氣內(nèi)空氣不足引起,應(yīng)及時(shí)更換空氣濾芯;
If the exhaust temperature is high, it may be caused by a clogged air filter or insufficient air in the mixture. The air filter should be replaced in a timely manner;
或燃?xì)馊紵蟮臍怏w沒有充分排除,也可能導(dǎo)致排氣溫度升高,檢查渦輪增壓器是否正常工作;
If the gas after combustion is not fully eliminated, it may also cause an increase in exhaust temperature. Check if the turbocharger is working properly;
如果排氣溫度正常,則通過卡連接特電子技師(ET)檢查燃油壓力的數(shù)值,若此數(shù)值經(jīng)常性出現(xiàn)低于 95 則說明燃?xì)夤苈范氯?,需要進(jìn)一步根據(jù)管路上的壓力表來分段判斷具體部位出現(xiàn)堵塞,并及時(shí)處理。
If the exhaust temperature is normal, check the fuel pressure value through the electronic technician (ET) connected to the card. If this value frequently drops below 95, it indicates that the gas pipeline is blocked. Further segmentation is needed based on the pressure gauge on the pipeline to determine the specific location of the blockage and handle it in a timely manner.
